This luxury accomodation is even better than what can be expected from the pictures: great terrasse with fantastic views, flat very well equiped and clean, very nice swiming pool and huge parking. Mr Kato has been a great host, very attentive to any of our needs. We highly recommend it!!

The apartment is great, all very new and clean. And the view is breathtaking with a big balcony. We stayed with our 9 month baby, and Akira included a baby cot for her. Very central from Funchal, and easy access. Everything was perfect thank you.

The evening of our arrival and the next morning we unfortunately did not have electricity and warm water in the apartment. However, The owner of the apartment did everything they could to fix the problem and offered to reimburse us for the first night. Meanwhile the neighbors were amazing and helpful, even giving us the keys to their apartment if we wanted to shower or use their fridge. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need, as well as an amazing view on Funchal and the sea. The apartment is not completely centrally located, so you do need to walk 15 minutes to reach the center of Funchal, but the area is very quiet and the view is great. We can definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
